Aged to peak flavor and tenderness, our organic fillet mignons are vacuum wrapped and flash frozen to lock in freshness. A 4 oz. filet is approximately 3/4 inch thick. Delicious, safe and most nutritious USDA certified organic beef makes this premier cut a sure winner in the kitchen or on the grill! Our organic fillets are available in a set of eight (8) perfectly portioned 4 oz. steaks.
