The description boasted ‘bouncy coils', not true. This mattress is more firm than it should be for a hybrid. Does not feel like a pillow top. Shouldn't take this long to be comfortable.  Disappointed.

This was my first time buying a mattress online. I am very pleased with this mattress. The foam top is very comfy but it is also supportive. I would say overall this mattress is more firm that my plain spring/coil mattress I had previously but I really like it. I will likely be buying another one for my guest room as well.

Great mattress!

This is the fourth bed I've purchased from Sams Club.  Love the easy fast and free delivery plus the pulliwtop is my favorite.  Firm but not rock hard.  Our last bed we had 15 years it wore well for a good 12-13 and we were just slow getting a new one but then I saw the free delivery and bought it that day!  We love this bed and the price can't be beat!!!

Awesome Night's Sleep!

Exactly what I wanted. Cool to sleep on. More firm than soft. I feel genuinely supported but without any pressure points. The only thing I don't like is that the corners and edges don't feel very firm. Sitting on the edge of the bed creates a sinking feeling. Otherwise, I am very happy so far. I wish I could review this in a year. I have no idea how well the mattress will actually hold up.

It's a great looking bed, much softer than I thought it would be. It was supposed to be right in the middle but this is personally, very much on the softer side. I honestly cannot be bothered to change my mattress again, it's much better than my previous mattress so she shall stay! My back problems are better now also!!

Happy I did it

I ordered this mattress based on recommendations by this site. I've suffered lower back and hip problems since giving birth and was hoping I found something that might alleviate some of that upon wakening in the morning when my pain is the worst. Unfortunately, I don't notice any difference in this mattress and the ancient metal coil mattress I was sleeping on previously. I followed all the instructions. If it wasn't such a hassle with the nature of returning something this big and having an immediate replacement, I'd probably send it back. This fall, I'll probably find a topper or something to add on.
Shipping was a different story though. It came really fast. I ordered a bed frame at the same time I ordered this mattress and received the mattress days before the frame was delivered.

Lackluster at best

Believe the reviews that state this is a firm mattress. There is no "give" to it. It's like sleeping on a concrete slab. It's very uncomfortable for me to sleep on. So if you need a very hard surface to sleep on this is the bed for you.

Extremely Firm!

I've only slept on this bed for a few nights and I do not like it at all! Pillow top? Wel it feels like you're sleeping on a slab of concrete!

Way too Firm!

I placed my order at the end of June. Understanding that delivery might be delayed to Covid, I've been patient on receiving my mattress. However at the beginning of August, I was told that my package has been lost. I waited the max number of business days I was told it would take to receive a new tracking number, and am still being told that they don't know when I'll receive a new tracking number. I plan on giving them through the weekend (I am writing this review on a Thursday after contacting customer support for a third time about when I'll receive a new tracking number) before I cancel my order. I'd heard great things about these mattresses, but waiting nearly 2 months to even have a new tracking number, this is getting ridiculous.

2 Months later and I still don't have a mattress

It was all coil with 1 inch of padding. Not even any padding around the sides, so you can feel the coils on every side but the top. The mattress was hard as a rock and was not supportive for side sleeping as advertised.

All springs, no foam.
