Description

New Zealand’s pristine environment, fertile soils and abundant natural pastures produce some of the world’s purest raw ingredients. All lambs are free range and are raised without added growth promotants or hormones. It is high in Vitamin’s B, D, Iron, Zinc and Omega 3’s. New Zealand Fresh Lamb raised on pasture is leaner on inter-muscular fat resulting in a mildly sweet and clean natural lamb flavors. New Zealand Fresh lamb is always chilled and never frozen. It is shipped from New Zealand to the Club in climate controlled containers. Wet aged in special vacuum packaging which leads to increased tenderness and a superior eating experience. Products are well trimmed for easy preparation and cooking versatility. Great for grilling or roasting.
