Augason Farms Emergency Supplies are assembled under strict guidelines with the purpose of helping you and your family through an emergency situation. This may be a national disaster or natural disaster; be prepared! Most Americans are not prepared today for emergencies that might come their way. Emergencies may include: severe weather, floods, earthquakes, power outages, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, evacuations and terrorist attacks.

MRE (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) Complete Meal Kits are designed to be self-contained meals. Each package contains a full meal with a heater, matches, silverware, condiments, coffee and crackers.

  • Instructions for Use of Product: Inside the MRE case is a clear pouch that contains a cup and a silver pouch. Inside the silver pouch are 12 heater pouches. To heat an individual MRE put one of the heaters (its a small white pouch) inside the large clear pouch and add water using the cup. This will result in a chemical reaction that heats the water. Place the MRE pouch inside the clear pouch containing the heated water. Do not ingest the water after the chemical reaction has occurred.

    The clear pouch can then be reused with the remaining heaters and new water.
