    Warranty Information

    1 year for manufacturing defects

    A unit returned due to a defective condition covered by this warranty and in "like new" condition may be replaced with a similarly valued unit or accepted for a full refund of purchase price. A used unit with a condition covered by this warranty will be repaired; however, shipping to the repair facility is to be paid by the member, and return shipping will be paid by Ninja Jump.

    Please note: Any defects in Ninja Jump's products resulting from negligence, improper usage or unusual wear and tear caused by excessive usage are excluded from Ninja Jump's warranty coverage. The Member's usage of the inflatable product on a hard surface base (any surface other than grass) without the use of a tarp shall constitute improper usage and any resulting damage or defect shall not be covered by the Ninja Jump warranty.
