Built to commercial health club standards, this Power Rack and Bench can take a pounding! Perform all your favorite free-weight exercises on this versatile rack system.

Description

Target upper and lower body muscle groups. Gain size, muscle and strength or lose inches while sculpting and defining muscles. Patented Bench Linkage System allows the entire bench to pivot forward and back, placing the body in the correct ergonomic position for chest press and shoulder press exercises.
