A fantastic twist on a classic combination of ingredients. Our recipe starts with cooking semolina cavatappi pasta in-house and blending with a rich blend of Fontina, Mozzarella, Provolone and Romano cheeses and a bechamel and then tossing them in a light egg batter and breading before cooking.
