This flour is exceptional in that we oversee all facets of its production on the Koda family farm - from growing and harvesting of this specialty rice, to milling and grinding of the pure, unadulterated kernels.

This flour is suitable for individuals on wheat, rye, oat, and barely gluten free diets. Our facilities are dedicated exclusively to rice processing.

Koda Farms is located in the sunny San Joaquin Valley of central California. As third-generation farmers and millers, we've worked our land since the 1920s and long specialized in rice products nonpareil.
