Bought this for my husband's birthday and he LOVES it!  I shopped around for weeks and could not find this set up any cheaper!  It came well seasoned and ready for our first Pastalaya get together!  With our plus membership we received free shipping and it arrived 2 days later!  Definitely worth purchasing if you are into outdoor cooking.

Nice Heavy Duty Set Up

I use this pot to make gumbo and it is excellent. The only issue I have is with the burner. When the pot is sitting on the burner, you can not see how high the flame is adjusted. You have to get on your hands and knees and look under the burner to see the flame. I cut a 2" "peep hole" so that I can see the flame. I give the pot a 5 star rating and a 3 star for the burner. If I were to do it over again, I would buy only the pot and get a better burner somewhere else.

Great Pot

Bought this a month ago just used it to fry fish in and it was great.  Held the temperature right on the money. Plenty of room to fry alot of fish, cooked up 30#'s in no time. Only wish there was an easier way to drain it, scooped it out with a pitchn kinda messy

This was a great buy for the price. It was easy to put the stand together and I was cooking in no time flat.  This unit is great for frying Fish and chicken.

Cast iron Pot

I just love my cast iron pot, I can make several different dishes, I made carnitas in this pot and came out so tender an delicious!
The burner is so easy to manage.

Best purchase ever!

This unit for the price was great.
It does what it is supposed to do with only one aggravation.
When windy and a low flame is needed, it will blow out and have to be relit often.
I don't know if a larger shroud would help or not.

Works Well and Good Quality

I have been looking for a pot for a while. Sam's had the best price I have seen by far. I was really surprised when I took it out of the box and it was already preseasoned. Burner seems to work well. I filled the pot with water to boil and clean it. The water came to a rolling boil in about 5 minutes. So far very satisfied

Pre seasoned

Process was easy. Delivery was quick, but a little expensive. Product is exactly what i wanted. The pre-seasoning not quite what i expected, looks to be spray coating not seasoned into the iron.
