Cook a wide array of foods in the large 36 qt. rectangular aluminum pot. Use the steam rack and basket for steaming your favorite veggies and seafood. Fry up to a 20 lb. turkey! The deep fry thermometer monitors temperature, and you can adjust the flame with the adjustable regulator which includes a battery operated timer. Cook all your foods to perfection every time.
