24 Progressive Workouts
- Work out 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Each workout progressively challenges you to move on to the next level.
- iFit® Technology automatically adjusts your treadmill’s speed and incline to match your workout.
- Listen as Jillian Michaels, America’s Toughest Trainer, coaches you through your workout.
- The Boot Camp with Jillian Michaels Level 4 card includes 24 treadmill workouts with an incline range of 0 to 10%. The pace of these workouts varies from running to sprinting at 6.0 MPH to 10.0 MPH. The workout length of each program varies from 45 to 60 minutes and each workout burns between 950 to 1300 calories. Calorie calculations are based on the ACSM’s formula for caloric expenditure of a 185 lb. male performing all workouts as prescribed.
