The infrared burner can cook up to 12 burgers with 12,000 BTU's on a cast iron cooking grate. The infrared heat sears the meat sealing in the moisture of the meat. The gas grill can cook up to 20 burgers on 3 stainless steel burners at 30,000 BTU's. The charcoal grill will also cook up to 20 burgers on a 360 Sq. In. cooking space. It has a gear shifter charcoal tray lifter and a front loading fuel door to help in the heating of your grill. Both the charcoal and gas grills come with warming racks and temperature gauges. There is also a bottle opener, and convenient storage shelves.
