    Warranty Information

    Can-Am Care warrants the frame of this Navigator to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. All other parts of this Navigator are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If within the warranty period the product or any component part is proven to our satisfaction to be defective, such product or part shall be repaired or replaced, at our option, and we will ship the repaired or replacement product to you at no cost to you. Can-Am Care's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under the warranty shall be limited to such repair or replacement. This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or repair of any such product. Charges for shipping the product to our service center are at the expense of the consumer or purchaser and will not be reimbursed.
