The perfect all weather jacket is made from versatile softshell fabric that is water-resistant with lightweight warmth and comfort. Softshell is a 3 layer fabric made from a stretch outer layer and a soft silky pile inner layer that are then bonded together with a water-resistant membrane in the middle.
