    High Tech Pet's SOUND BARRIER Sonic Electronic Fence System for dogs and cats uses painless sound, not electric shock to keep your pet off of furniture, kitchen counters, or any other off limits area in your home. The Sound Barrier's receiver unit may be placed anywhere that is off limits to pets. Extra receivers may be purchased to sonically patrol as many areas as you choose to keep your pet restrained from. No more worrying about your pet lounging on the furniture when you're not around to monitor him. The lightweight electronic pet collar sends an ultrasonic signal that triggers an audible sonic blast at the receiver unit when the pet approaches. Dogs and cats are easily trained to stay away from any restricted areas protected by the Sound Barrier.

    The Sound Barrier's ultrasonic system is superior to cheaper infrared devices because it allows people to come and go without triggering the alarm. The sonic alarm is triggered only by your pet's individual electronic transmitting collar. Range is fully adjustable from 1 to 35 feet.

  • The alarm unit requires a standard 9-volt battery (not included).
  • The ultrasonic collar operates on a single 2430 lithium coin cell which is included and installed.
