Professional installation of your new freezer is included with delivery provided certain conditions exist. Installation service includes disconnecting the existing freezer, installing the new freezer and verifying that the new unit is fully functional. Unless ALL conditions listed here exist, the installer will be unable to perform the installation.

Cancellations:
Orders need to be cancelled a minimum of three business days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled after that time are subject to a $35 restocking fee.
Returns:
GE or Hotpoint appliances purchased online from Sam's Club and delivered by GE Home Delivery may be returned or replaced if the Member discovers the product is damaged or does not work properly and contacts GE within two business days. Sam's Club Members must contact GE directly at 1-877-885-2787 within 48 business hours of delivery in order to be eligible for returning or replacing the original appliance.
