Protect your investment. Seal your new wooden furniture set and reapply about every 8-9 months to enhance the wood's natural beauty and prevent the need for any use of cleaner in the future. Our sealer preserves the wood's finish and protects it from mold, mildew and the effects of weather. It is safe for almost any wood. Keep your furniture or other outdoor wood products looking fresh and new. Apply sealer with our easy to use spray dispenser. This product not only seals the wood, but also preserves it by inhibiting oxidation, mold, mildew and that "grey weathered look." It is also highly recommended for use after older wood has been cleaned and restored (recommended cleaner samsclub.com item number 186165 - wood cleaner). For new wood furniture, apply the sealer/preservative. Average coverage is 34 sq. ft. per quart or a typical set of wood furniture (four wood chairs and a 42" wood diameter table). On new wood we suggest two coats of sealer. For a large table and eight chairs, please place two orders. A 2-coat application will typically last 8-9 months. Sealer is recommended for all woods: teak, redwood, cedar, pine, jarrah, Brazilian cherry, oak and maple. Use it on furniture, gazebos, spa skirting, shake roofs, fences, decks and saunas.
