It's quiet, runs smooth and wide enough for larger people. I have had a regular one and I found that my shoes were catching on the sides, because it wasn't wide enough, but this one is great! It doesn't bother my joints. It's just a smooth walk. Highly recommended.

I've only been using this for a couple of days so far, but it seems to have been the perfect investment for my health. We live off grid, so I was a little worried about the power usage, but as long as I use it in the daytime it should be fine, and in the winter we usually have to run the generator for a little while anyway, so I can coordinate with those times. I am trying to walk outside as much as possible, but I needed this to help me get a few quick "miles" in for each day's total. I think it's just the ticket. I am currently over 300 pounds, and close to six feet with long legs. I find no trouble with the tread length for me. If I walk swinging my arms, I occasionally hit the handlebars with my wrists, as my hips are wide, but with weight loss, that will improve.

Seems to be the perfect investment

I can't tell you how long I've been looking for a sturdy but affordable treadmill that can hold more than usual 250 pounds of most home equipment.

This treadmill is wide and the stride length is fine for me. I am 5 foot 4 and weigh over 300 lbs. My husband is 5 foot 8 and it would work for him too.

It has a small footprint and sits well in our smallish living room. It can also be folded up.

I recommended this treadmill to my doctor and she was thrilled to have a model she could recommend to her other patients.

Great Walking Treadmill - Deserves higher than 5

not only did my mother receive this gift a couple days sooner than I thought it would take for shipping ( I'm in MI, she's in NC), but she put it together immediately by herself. she just turned 70 and had difficult circumstances the previous 2 years which led to her weight gain and lack of exercise. she uses it 2 to 3 x a day and is regaining stamina and health. you've been more help than I can express, Walmart. Thank-you. my mom loves her birthday gift :)

found by front door, no notice of arrival, pulled inside & opened box, read instructions, twice. puled ou t of packing ,little hard to do for a 81 yr person. installed parts & was test run in about 2 hr. do not like wire on control panel pressed betwen panel & rail , so far works fine, a helper would be nice for unpacking, can be moved quite well after that. it is more sturdy than it looks in picture. nice machine,

This is a very quiet, and sturdy tredmill. I am a big person so I test the weight limit and can assure you it does what it says it does.  If you are finding it hard to find a treadmill because they all stop at 350 lbs. this is the unit for you. I was discouraged because I kept "if treadmills are for weight loss why are big ppl being neglected so badly?" And then I found this....yay now my journey begins.

The treadmill works fine and meets all expectations. I had only one intermittant problem but that led to my major problem with this product. I refer to the lack of technical support by the manufacturer. I tried to get some help with an error code by the computer. I called two different phone nos. given in the manual and left a message each time. I tried the web site given in the manual with no success. I wrote to the e-mail address given for technical support and so far I have had no response whatever. It's a lonely feeling to have a new product and know you have no way of getting technical support.

Treadmill is fine but Customer support is terrible

Garbage. We started to put it yogether onlt to find out they srnt 2 left suplorts! No way to attach!!!also sold out so no replacement parts.  Sam's gave us a reference number and said fed x would pick up and that was 2 weejs ago!!!!!! Not happy or impressed.  Bad Sam's!

Bad Sam's

After hauling this heavy piece of equipment up the stairs (and scratching my floor in the process), I discovered that it did not work! I assembled it according to the instructions and cut it on only to get an error 1 code. I have emailed and called the company and no one has responded. I will be returning this product back to Walmart, and I'm sure it won't be easy! I'm so disappointed with this purchase.

Did not work!

I received the treadmill and had my son and friends move it to my bedroom on the third floor. Putting it together was easy enough, but the computer did not work. In the instruction book you are given a number to call for service if the computer reads "error 1". I called that number several times and you have to leave a call back number...they never called back!! I am taking it back to Walmart, which is a huge project. My son has to bring it back down and we have to repackage it. It is very heavy. It will be difficult to get to Walmart. I would never buy this product again!!
