Poor instruction manual- did not tell wear the cord was located in which panel, and definitely did not instruct you to "cut a hole in a panel" to get the cord out of the cabinet. After taking multiple panels off as my best guess on where the cord might be, I could see the 3/4" panels were the only insulation to the tube, with a thin rubber gasket - leaving a large open air space to the lining of the tub. I watch the electrical meter spin as the heater and pump run much more than my older model tub that had 4" of foam insulation all around. Haven't received my electric bill this month, but I know it will be more.

Don't think I would purchase again

As soon as the warranty was up I had to replace the pump. Now the GFI has gone bad. I wish I never bought this.

Haven't had a chance to try this yet, I've been sick. Looks great and easy to operate. Anxious to get in it.
