The rugged HD Series Portion Scale has a large 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" stainless steel platform with a large, easy-to-read dial. The red pointer provides clean, fast reading. This scale has a more durable two-piece face plate and bezel, as well as air dashpots for instant reading.
