All DeLallo olive oils are 100% Italian grown, produced and packed in Italy. Being from a single country of origin ensures a high quality oil that has been produced from a selection of olives that share the same climate and are pressed fresh within 24 hours of harvest. DeLallo extra virgin olive oil is made according to the standards allowing an olive oil to be called as such. This means that the oil is “cold pressed” at a maximum of 68°F. Also it passes all standards to include peroxides, waxes, saturated fats and most importantly acidity which cannot exceed .08%.
