If you love the taste of coffee, and you have trouble starting the day without at least one cup, you probably want to find some of the best Colombian coffee possible. Why Choose Member's Mark Fair Trade Certified Colombian Supremo Coffee?

This Colombian coffee delivers a balanced cup of coffee that has a medium body. The Colombian Supremo coffee has been roasted so that it’s just on the darker side of medium. Once you start to brew the Colombian Supremo, the delicious aroma will fill the kitchen or the office where you make it.

What’s the Taste Like?

While the scent is great, you’re probably wondering about the taste. You'll find that these Colombian coffee beans for this Supremo coffee will provide a medium acidity, which gives it a good aftertaste and clean finish. The coffee also has detectable notes of hazelnut and chocolate.

It's important to keep in mind that this is a whole bean coffee, so you’ll need to grind the beans before you can use them. You can grind beans as you need them, or you could grind enough for several days’ worth of coffee and then keep it in an airtight container. This coffee could become one of your favorites.

Sourcing Story

Member's Mark coffee comes from a range of cooperatives in Colombia. This coffee is purchased directly from a co-op of farmers and growers, Coopertiva de los Andes, which helps them put food on their table, support their families and invest in their communities. Each purchase aids in the development of family farmers, ensuring their growth and progress for generations to come. Additionally, Coopertiva de los Andes implemented wastewater treatment initiatives to help decrease pollution during the harvest season. Treating wastewater from coffee processing also helps to support public health and limit the overall environmental impact.

Farmer Quote: “I think the Fair Trade program is excellent. Despite my years of experience, I have learned a lot more since we became certified, mostly because of all the workshops and field trainings. I have learned from other coffee producers in other regions of Colombia. ”
