Description

Fontina is a medium-ripened cow’s milk cheese from Sweden with a smooth, elastic, straw-colored paste that is peppered with sparse, round holes. It has a memorably complex mild, milky, faintly nutty flavor. It pairs well with sweet, fruity white wines and bock beers.
