    1. Send artwork created in Adobe Illustrator eps file format (labels will be 2" x 7") referencing Sam's Club Purchase Order number via e-mail to art@plwc.net
    2. Artwork will be processed and sent back for your approval within 72 hrs.
    3. Send back artwork approved or advise of any changes
    4. Production is 15 business days after art approval
