Description

The Marcy Crunch Bench is a compact and versatile weight bench. Due to its compact size, this is a great choice when doing crunches or free weights in a limited space. The adjustable seat back can be adjusted to decline or flat. Oversized roller pads add comfort to the workout. The base frame that doubles as a dumb-bell rack is situated underneath the race track style tube frame.
