This pack contains both hot and cold treatment options for maximum relief from pain and swelling. Use Instant Cold during the first 24-48 hours, and then Instant Heat for improved flexibility and continued pain relief. Package contains six Instant Cold packs and six Instant Hot packs.

Total Resources International warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, Total Resources International will exchange the product with a product that is new and equivalent to the original product.

How to return merchandise to TRI:
1. Call 1-866-888-4321 and request an RA (Return Authorization) number, which will be valid for 30 days.
2. Place the original package inside another shipping carton, along with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation of why the original merchandise is being returned. Do not mark on the original container or use as a shipping carton.
3. Print the RA number legibly on the outside of the outer shipping carton in bold, visible letters.
