The Titanium Bonded blade makes this knife 3x harder than stainless steel so the blade stays sharper, longer. Will resist adhesives and corrosion. Oversized backbone for durability and precision ground blade. Comfort, non-slip grip for safety. Handle is treated with Microban® antimicrobial product protection to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria. Blades are completely sealed to the handle. NSF Certified.
