Two half size steam table pans with clear polycarbonate plastic lids are included with this unit, each with a 9 qt. food capacity. However, it will accommodate any full size combination of steam table pans - one full size, two half size, three third size, etc. all up to 6" deep. This countertop warmer has a safety spigot to easily drain hot water.
