Description
Inspired by ancient medieval traditional methods, Busti Frescoverde is a hard cheese made from sheep's milk. It has a characteristically sharp flavor with herbal undertones. Once matured, the cheese is treated with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with a mix of aromatic herbs such as rosemary, mint, sage, savory, basil and coriander. All the herbs are sourced from an organic supplier in the nearby district of Fauglia.
