Burgers' Smokehouse St. Louis Style Ribs - 4 Slabs
Wondering what St. Louis Style means? Well it refers to how the pork ribs are trimmed. We remove the lower most wasteful portion of the ribs, leaving the center bone only. These ribs are hand rubbed with spice, cooked and hickory smoked using the same process as our Smokehouse Spare and Baby Back Rib. Finished slabs weigh 1 to 2 lbs. and are individually vacuum sealed for storage and serving convenience.
