    The City Ham is slowly cooked by our 24-hour method and spiral sliced. Included is our special mixture of honey glaze and instructions. It's simple, delicious, and easy to prepare. Be creative and add some of your own items (e.g. cloves, pineapples, etc.) to create a main course unique to your kitchen.

    Our Smokemaster uses his curing, smoking and cooking skills to create a mouthwatering, sweet smoked turkey. They have just the right amount of natural hickory smoked flavor to encourage you to come back for more. They are easy to serve either hot or cold. Complete serving and carving instructions come with each turkey.
