Burgers' Smokehouse Country Cured Ham
Our Southern Smokehouse whole ham is so mouth watering that one bite demands another. And according to many who have had it, it is the finest eating there is. It has been sugar cured and aged for 4 to 6 months and slowly smoked with hickory to a golden brown. It has that characteristic and delicious country flavor but is milder than our Attic Aged Hams. You can fry it, bake it, or boil it. You can eat it for breakfast, in sandwiches for lunch or supper. 13-15 lbs.
Ham cured with: salt, brown sugar, black pepper, sodium nitrate, and sodium nitrite.
