    Eucalyptus is a hardwood that is excellent for outdoor furniture. It has a tight grain that makes it resistant to rot or the problems associated with temperature changes.

    This item is finished with a Polisten stain sealer that inhibits fungus, resists insects, and acts as a water repellant. Over time your eucalyptus pieces will weather to a soft gray. If you wish to maintain the original color, applications of a hardwood oil or varnish will help but please follow the manufacturers instructions for preparation and application, as aged pieces will require different treatment versus new ones.

    This furniture is manufactured from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified lumber. The FSC is an independent, non-profit organization that has established principles for sound management of forests for sustainability, economic viability, and social benefit.
