We (my family) and I have been buying this Prime Rib every year for 4 years now and we have never had a complaint.  The meat has always turned out delicious and moist and with little fat. My Daughter gets sick if she even tastes a little fat...LOL,  so we're all pleased, especially my son-in-law who refuses to have any other type of meat for Xmas. I also never have to go hunting for it because there is always plenty, even on Xmas Eve. I am the "Prime Lady" and it's my job every year to find the best Prime Rib.  Thanks SC for making my job sooooo easy.

Best Ever!

What can you say about a prime rib, that we seasoned and slow smoked, to perfection?! It was awesome because we are amazing cooks! LOL But, it's easy to be fabulous with great ingredients, like Sam's Club prime rib. You can't beat their prices when it comes to quality 
top-notch cuts of meat!

Perfect Christmas dinner!

Put a dry rub all over meat left it uncovered in fridge overnight. Got ot out 30min before putting it in a 500 degree oven for 30min turn down to 325 use my thermometer till it reaches 145 take it out and cover with foil no more than 1/2 an hour. Comes out perfect fory family.

Mom-moms perfect Prime Rib

You  can  not go wrong with Sam's meat dept.  Superior in every way.  Quality Angus Beef, nicely marbled.  Rub with S + P, Garlic and a little canola oil. Slow roasted at 275 to an internal of 129. rest to carry over of 131 the blast in a 550 oven about 10 ish min till browned and crispy.  AMAZING!

Tasty and Tender Roast

We have purchased our prime rib roast from Sam's for several years. Unfortunately this one didn't come out as good as in the past. It was on the tough side. It was USDA CHOICE. Wanted a 8-9 pound USDA PRIME but Sams only had 4 to 6 pound size in the case so I bought the CHOICE. I'll try to get the PRIME next year.

Our Christmas Tradition

I was expecting a prime rib that weighed approximately 7 lbs as that weight was used on the website as an example for pricing. The one I received was 4 lbs and was about half the weight I needed for the Xmas dinner I was planning for the number of people attending.  Obviously I'm disappointed.

Was too small

Was looking for a prime rib for Christmas dinner. Selection, while plenty, just didn't have great quality. Couldn't find any with much marbling. When cooked to 130, it was too lean, tough, and not very flavorful. Looked more like select. What's going on with beef these days?

Tough and no marbling

I was told I was being sold PRIME, not choice graded beef and charged for PRIME, but then I'm told it was actually only CHOICE, so I was lied to  and overcharged for what I received.

DON'T BUY PRIME, WILL GET CHOICE AT PRIME PRICE!

I was expecting a nice 6-8 lb roast. In fact that's exactly what I got after getting a 10.5lb roast& removed 4.5 lbs of fat. At almost$14/lb I expected better quality control from your butcher. There was the expected one inch ribbon of fat running through the center. I was very disappointed that I over paid because of the fat that had to be removed before I re-tied the roast before cooking it. I will go directly to a butcher from now on for my prime rib
