Description

This bench mixer is a durable, precision-crafted machine that is engineered for long-term reliability, convenience and productivity. This versatile, all-purpose mixer uses a powerful planetary mixing action to thoroughly blend, mix, aerate and knead ingredients for consistent and predictable results. Using Berkel's EasyShift™ variable speed motor drive technology, the clutch is eliminated and changing speeds is allowed while the mixer is running. The innovative "two point" mounting system increases the ease of installing and removing the mixing bowl. The stainless steel bowl guard slides open for adding ingredients and is easily removed for cleaning. Operator safety interlocks prevent the mixer from running if the bowl guard is removed or opened, or the bowl is lowered.

The mixer has five speed options, including a blend speed to control splash out. The commercial mixer can be operated in a continuous run mode or by a 15-minute timer that will automatically shut off the machine after the desired processing period has elapsed. The mixer features ergonomically designed, moisture resistant switches and a No-Volt Release that prevents automatic re-activation in the event of a power interruption.
