Berkel 14" Manual Gravity Feed Slicer 

Description

Featuring a large product table, this slicer is ideal for handling oversized meats, cheeses and a variety of other products. The 1-speed slicer features Berkel's hollow-ground, chromium-plated carbon steel knife and built-in, dual-action sharpener with a convenient handle located on the sharpener cover. The tapered, permanent guard covers the non-slicing portion of the knife even when the sharpener and center plate are removed. The ring guard is designed to provide added room behind the knife for easy cleaning.

All food contact areas are stainless steel or anodized aluminum, including the pusher, gauge plate, product table, center plate, slice deflector, ring guard and one-piece base. The full45° angle feed on the manual slicer requires less mechanical pressure. It's equipped with an anodized aluminum pusher to hold product and minimize waste. The slicer is easy to clean and disassembles quickly without tools.
