I have been drinking Dr. Atkins Shakes since they first came out after his diet was intruduced in a book in 1972. They are an EXCELLENT diet supplement, quick way to shed some pounds, and a great pick me up snack without adding unwanted sugar and calories. 

The bonus? They fill you up and taste good too. My favorite is the vanilla, but chocolate and strawberry are good too. My sister likes the "exotic" flavors, but I like to stick with the tried and true. Dr. Atkins was a genius. I am so glad his products live on.

Atkins Creamy Vanilla shake is so good

Recently had dental work requiring me to eat soft foods for two weeks. Friend was raving about how good these were so I decided to try… Let's just say that if you're trying to lose weight these may not be a good idea. Very addictive! If you stick in freezer for a couple of minutes prior to consuming (don't freeze it!), it's Iike having a milkshake.

Hands down the best shakes ever. I've tried so many and these are the best!! I mix one of these and two scoops of kachava with 32oz cup ice and a lil splash of milk to make it extra creamy and me and my fiancé have a power house of a breakfast. But if you wanna just flaring one alone at lunch they're good too! I'm so picky and I love this one and the milk chocolate is my favorite cause seriously it's nice to see a company make something not dark chocolate for once.

When i decided in 2008 i had to get healthy, I knew breakfast was going to have to be a part of my day. I just never xould eat at 5:30 am. I started drinnking one of these in the a.m., and 15 minths later, along with diet and exercise I was down 78 lbs. I have kept it off since - today is 01/04/2024. Adkins shakes are still are part of my breakfast routine.

My favorite alternative to milk in morning Cheerios is vanilla Premiere Protein. Right off the top I can say it's tasty and without any chemical aftertaste. I'm a type two diabetic and the single gram of sugar is a big help...and not even any "sugar alcohol" or mysterious chemicals to sweeten.
The big deal here is 30g of protein and only 160 calories.
The big problem this week at Sam's is that they've been sold out at the Cocoa, FL store for two weeks!
So...the Atkins "Creamy Vanilla Protein Rich Shake" was the replacement with half the protein. The Atkins has one gram of sugar, twice as much fat.and doesn't taste as good.

When Sam's is Out of the Good stuff, Try This

2 out of 4 cartons were broken open and the individual shakes were spilled out into the container and all beaten up. Third carton had been opened and was heavily taped.

There is something awfully wrong with this Atkins Vanilla Protein drinks. Taste is very wrong, bitter and tasted as if some chemicals were mixed in. I tasted two to make sure it wasn't just me. I have used Atkins Vanilla protein drinks on and off for years. They were always fine, nothing tasting this strange. I hope you will notify Atkins so they can take them off your shelves. Obviously there is a reason why this product price was suddenly reduced by quite a bit. It is why I purchased it and set up a subscription with Walmart for this product. I will cancel this subscription though.
