    Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. Service does not provide: Inside Placement, Assembly, Unpacking, Debris Removal, Movement Of Old Furniture or Bedding, etc. Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Signature is required for delivery, but before accepting and/or signing for your delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly. The consumer must inspect all products and cartons prior to signing delivery documentation. Verify that all cartons are intact and in good condition. In the event an item appears to be damaged the consumer should notify the delivery driver and a notation should be made identifying the items with damage on the delivery documentation. Notify Specialty Sleep Services upon completion of the above to arrange for replacement or parts delivery. Items damaged by the carrier will be redelivered at no additional delivery charge. Member returns require an attached receipt for verification upon pickup, delivery or return. No refunds will be issued until returned merchandise is received by Specialty Sleep Services.
