Description
The Artisan Fresh Strawberry Topped Cheesecake includes fresh cut strawberries covered with a strawberry glaze and surrounded by a whipped cream border, all on top of a New York style cheesecake. An everyday favorite made with real cream cheese. This cheesecake has 0 grams trans fat and is kosher certified.
Specifications
Ingredients: cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers (carob bean and/or guar gums)), strawberries, sugar, eggs, lemon juice from concentrate (water, lemon juice concentrate), natural and artificial vanilla flavor.
Crust contains: graham crumb (unbleached unenriched wheat flour, whole wheat/ graham flour, sugar, palm and palm kernel oil, molasses, honey, salt, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, butter (pasteurized cream, salt), enriched bleached wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme, folic acid, and/or malted barley flour), pan spray (canola oil and/or soybean oil, soy lecithin, partially hydrogenated canola oil and/or partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, TBHQ and citric acid in propylene glycol (added as antioxidants)).
Strawberry glaze contains: water, high fructose corn syrup, food starch - modified, salt, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate (preservatives), agar, red 40, artificial flavor cream topping contains: high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, water, contains less than 2% of the following: *sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), artificial flavor, soy protein concentrate, polysorbate 60, carbohydrate gum, sugar, salt, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin, to preserve freshness (potassium sorbate), xanthan gum.
