It is has a durable non-stick coating and is dishwasher safe. A large glass dome lid with adjustable steam vent allows you to see food as it is cooked. The wok's full range temperature control probe with instant trigger release allows you to cook safely at the required temperature. Accessories include long cooking chopsticks, Tempura cooking drain rack, steam rack and Asian recipes in the Wok's instruction manual.
