Recipe for Salmon Panini

1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
2 Tablespoons Capers
8 slices Favorite Panini Bread
Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 Tomato, Thinly Sliced
4 oz. Smoked Salmon, Gently Flaked Apart


Preheat panini grill to medium-high heat (375 degrees). Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter. On non buttered side, spread a layer of cream cheese, layer on onion rings, 1 oz. of smoked salmon, tomato and capers, sprinkle with dill. Grill for 2-3 minutes until toasted and golden. Remove sandwiches from grill and serve immediately.
