Recipe for Salmon Patties

4 oz. Smoked Salmon
12 Saltine Crackers
Grated White Onion
1 Egg, Beaten
Parsley Flakes

Finely crush saltines and mix with all other ingredients. Shape into patties and cook in non-stick pan coated with canola oil. Brown well then turn and cook other side. Salt and pepper to taste.
