Height easily adjusts up and down through 5" range. Swivels 270 degrees and tilts forward and back 30 degrees for optimal ergonomic positioning. Monitor can rotate to portrait or landscape. Capable of holding monitors up to 16 lbs. and fits both 75 x 75 mm and 100 x 100 mm VESA-D monitor bolt hole patterns.
