Description

The perfect tool for cooking is the 16" Taiwan Wok. It is made of heavy duty iron wok. It comes with a thick metal handle that is reinforced with sandwiched welding from the handle to the pan so that the handle is sturdier. The Taiwan Wok cooks with very little fat and cooks quickly. It will heat up faster. It cooks at high heat so the food will take little time to be ready. Also because of the oval shape of the wok, the food falls naturally to the bottom where it is the hottest. It is ideally used for commercial grade.
