The inspiration came from premium Luxardo cherries with a hint of a favorite soda. An incredibly difficult flavor profile to achieve, Waterloo sifted through cherry varietals of all different colors, iterated dozens of times, and still found ourselves wanting more depth and complexity. They layered in more dark notes... and voila! A star is born.

Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water

Waterloo Lemon-Lime Sparkling Water is bright and crisp. The lemon-lime-flavored sparkling water is made with a nostalgic lemon-lime twist and a refreshing citrus finish. Bringing together two of their existing delicious true-to-fruit citrus flavors, Waterloo created a two-fruit sparkling water more on the delightful side of our flavor bookend. Their inspiration led us to focus on the best parts of a favorite Lemon-Lime soda and leave out the worst parts. Enjoy.

Waterloo Strawberry Sparkling Water is playful, bright, and refreshing. The strawberry-flavored sparkling water is made with a complex flavor profile worthy of the best strawberries in the land. Our inspiration came from the best strawberries in Florida and California. To date, the hardest flavor to get right with 100 different iterations over nine months of twists and turns, they combined seedy notes with the true-to-fruit perfectly ripe and juicy notes. To elevate the delightfulness factor, Waterloo added a nod to the Swedish marine-shaped candy. Ah, just right.
