Simple Recipe Ideas

8-12 Colossal Raw EZ Peel Shrimp: Season shrimp to taste. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Lightly coat the bottom of pan with olive oil or butter. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and has an internal temperature of 145°F.

6 oz. Tuna Steaks: To thaw, remove from packaging and place on a tray or plate. Loosely cover and thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours. To grill or pan sear, preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and your favorite spices. Apply oil to your cooking surface and cook steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Dry Sea Scallops with Garlic Butter: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Drain liquid from thawed scallops. Pre-heat sauté pan to medium high heat. Add garlic butter to pan. Once the butter melts and starts to bubble add sea scallops in a single layer. Flip scallops when the bottoms are golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Snow Crab Sections: To thaw place package in refrigerator for 24 hours, or immerse crab meat sections in cold running water for 15-20 minutes. To heat, fill a pot with 3/4 inch of water, place a rack in the bottom of the pan and bring water to boil. Add crab sections to pot and cover, let crab steam for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with melts butter as a dipping sauce.
