These are far better than other well-known brands,  they never let me down.  I have really OAB and work in a high-stress environment where trips to the bathroom are inconvenient at best.  These get me through a 6-hour shift, during which I leak small amounts several times.  The pads hold an impressive amount of what otherwise would require a change of clothing.  I don't go to work without one.  They are bulky but I seem to do okay with the way my pants look while wearing one.

Unfortunately, I have to use these. My problem isn't needing these when I  sleep, but when I awake from sleeping and stand up. I can't hold it long enough to get to the restroom. If you know what I mean!?!
These pads can hold a lot! I've tested them well! If you know what I mean!

They work!

For the most part, I like using Poise Ultimate-Long Incontinence Pads.  They are long enough, thick enough, and hold moisture very well; and are reasonably priced.  However, their width is a problem, they fold in from the sides to the center and have to be straightened.  If they had "wings" this problem probably wouldn't occur.  But there is nothing as good as them that I can purchase.

Poise Ultimatte work well but could be improved.

PRO's:  I am a 'streamer' and sometimes a 'gusher'.   It does NOT work for sitting or laying down.  It DOES work if once you get that flash signal to go ... you stand and let it flow (and don't bend over).   Placement of the pad is critical and with some experimentation and patience, I discovered my sweet point (i.e., the front of the pad needs to be about 1 1/2 inches above the front seam of my cotton briefs.  
CON's:  I agree that the company should have left those gel beads in the design ... though I STILL consider Poise for the best choice.

Works for me!

First let me say this.  I'm 97 years old. I am going to have some issues in the bladder department.  Poise helps me during the day to allow me the embarrassment of wetting my outfit during those times that it takes me a bit longer to get to the restroom.   Poise does this job well.   Now if I can only find a way to get out of bed during the night faster, then I would not have to use as many as I do.  So...I guess it's a win-win.  Poise gets more sales, I get to keep dry sheets and clothes for a bit longer.

I'm in good company.  Biden has my same issues.

I have incontinence 24/7.  During the day it is light, but at night can be heavy.  These pads, in the long length, are perfect for me.  They are comfortable during active day use (%26 not noticeable), and absorbent enough for overnight use.  They are comfy, have odor protection and are a great value.  I order 2 pkgs of at least 54 and sometimes the larger qty.  Using the Walmart app I can easily reorder these and have them shipped directly to my home.

COMFORT, ABSORBENCY %26 VALUE IN ONE!

The pads work pretty well, I've been using them a few years and like them. I took off a star because I had to threaten to deduct from the tip to get them to put them in a bag to conceal them from all my neighbors when delivering them. They did put them in a bag this time. The last time I asked they did not. WALMART IF YOU'RE READING THESE, NOBODY WANTS THERE NEIGHBORS TO SEE THESE, IT'S VERY EMBARRASSING! PUT THEM IN A BAG WHEN DELIVERING! EVEN WHEN DOING STORE PICK-UP, THE LAST TIME I PICKED THEM UP THE GAL CAME OUT WITH ONE PACK UP ON EACH SHOULDER. IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY CAR STARTED FAST ENOUGH I WOULD HAVE LEFT! STOP EMBARRASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

DO YOU EMBARRASS EASILY?

I have always bought this brand. Do not irritate my skin. Lately they have irregular sizes in same bag. 1st row thin, 2nd row medium, and bottom row thick. They are all suppose to be thick. I'm going to have to change if this is not resolved. I want what I pay for. Kind of pricey anyway!!!

Price and quality

This product is a good length and has very minimal bunching. The one thing I dont like is when it comes out of the wrapper, the front and back ends are frequently folded/bent, and the adhesive strip is stuck together

Overall Good Product

The pad absorbency decreased significantly with the design change.  I have used these 100% of the time but the design change is a deal breaker.  The absorbency area looks larger but actually seems much thinner when using.  I do not recommend this product.
