Baby Bellas, Figs, Honey and Brie

Ingredients:
8 oz. Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Wheel of Brie Cheese
2 Fresh Figs (in season from late June through early fall)
1/2 Cup Honey
Instructions:
Simply sauté mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil, thyme with a pinch of salt. Then top a brie wheel with mushrooms and warm slightly in the oven, 10 minutes at 350°F should do the trick. Top that warm melted mushroom/brie wheel with some halved figs and drizzle with local organic honey. Serve with crackers of your choice.
