Asian-Style Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oxtail
  • Salt and pepper, cashew and sesame seeds
  • 1/2 glass of water

Directions:

  1. Chop the 3 garlic cloves.
  2. Cut the white onion and chili pepper into julienne-style.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the teaspoon of olive oil and add the minced garlic, onion and chili pepper.
  4. In 1/2 cup of water, dilute the tablespoon of oxtail and reserve.
  5. Add the Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems to the frying pan and stir.
  6. Add the soy sauce and the oxtail and salt.
  7. Cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes and serve.
  8. Decorate with cashew and sesame seed.
