Asian-Style Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 white onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oxtail
- Salt and pepper, cashew and sesame seeds
- 1/2 glass of water
Directions:
- Chop the 3 garlic cloves.
- Cut the white onion and chili pepper into julienne-style.
- In a frying pan, heat the teaspoon of olive oil and add the minced garlic, onion and chili pepper.
- In 1/2 cup of water, dilute the tablespoon of oxtail and reserve.
- Add the Sweet Broccoli Tender Stems to the frying pan and stir.
- Add the soy sauce and the oxtail and salt.
- Cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes and serve.
- Decorate with cashew and sesame seed.
