Member's Mark™ Riced Cauliflower is a versatile, gluten-free, tasty vegetables and good substitute for rice. This flavorful rice alternative is so versatile, it'll knock your steams off. Try it on the side or make it up in the main dish. Plays well with others including meat, fish, and other veggies.

Preparation Instructions

Microwave: Place one frozen 12-ounce bag with seam side up in the microwave. Do not puncture or open this steam bag before microwaving. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot. Open carefully and pour onto a serving dish.

Stove Top: Pour the frozen cauliflower into a nonstick pan and heat over medium heat until heated through and any water has cooked off. Cook for about 5 minutes (for one bag).

Fried Riced Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed oil
  • 1 large minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 inner bag of Member's Mark Riced Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or tamari (gluten free soy sauce)
  • 1 egg lightly beaten and scrambled

Instructions: Heat sesame oil in large nonstick skillet then cook garlic and ginger over medium heat for 1 minute. Add one inner bag of frozen riced cauliflower and cook 5 minutes (stirring frequently until moisture cooks off). Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute. Stir in cooked egg and continue cooking 1 minute or until heated through.
